Days Gone is sinds de release cruciaal veranderd, niet zozeer qua content, maar wel qua performance. De review die wij destijds gepubliceerd hebben was zelfs kort na publicatie al niet meer heel relevant, want Bend Studios besloot bijna alle problemen waar reviewers tegenaan liepen kort na het review embargo te repareren.
Voor consumenten natuurlijk erg handig wanneer zij Days Gone gekocht hebben, maar voor mensen die de game wilden kopen kon het natuurlijk wat afschrikken. We kunnen je inmiddels op het hart drukken dat het merendeel van de technische problemen waar de game mee kampte, zijn verholpen. Hier waren heel veel patches voor nodig, maar dat lijkt ons beter dan helemaal geen patches en wel problemen.
De changelog van de nieuwste patch, die nieuwe uitdagingen unlockt voor de Horde DLC, bevat ook weer wat oplossingen voor onder andere een progressie bug.
WEEKLY DLC CHALLENGES
“Reload” is the next free Horde DLC challenge! You have 3 minutes to take down 300 Freakers by utilizing your environment and a .50 BFG! (UNLOCKED ON 8/23!)
The .50 BFG can penetrate through multiple Freakers! Shoot through the Horde and survey your surrounding for any nearby explosive objects
The sub-challenges all tie into different ways of killing the horde. If you want to get gold in all of them at once be sure to manage how many Swarmers you’re killing by any one method
“Hog Wild” is our final free bike DLC challenge! Reach Pioneer Cemetery as fast as you can while ensuring you don’t let go of the gas throttle. (UNLOCKS TODAY!)
