2K Games heeft tijdens de Gamescom haar titel ‘Battleborn’ voorzien van een definitieve releasedatum. Battleborn zal op 9 februari 2016 in de winkels liggen,
Om het onthullen van de releasedatum te vieren is er ook een nieuwe trailer uitgebracht, zoals je hieronder kunt zien. In deze trailer worden nieuwe personages onthuld, namelijk Ambra, Melka, Rayna, en Benedict.
Nieuwe personages onthuld
Ambra was a member of the Jennerit Empire, an ancient order responsible for discovering the key to immortality. She was betrayed by her leader, and now she fights with the Battleborn. She’s a strong melee damage dealer and healer.
Melka lost her parents at a young age before joining the Eldrid’s black ops and intelligence bureau. She’s a stealthy assassin who stuns foes with a machine pistol and bio weapons.
Reyna, also known as the Valkyrie, was born to space pirates and eventually became their leader. She uses a laser pistol and command glove in combat.
Benedict is a surviving member of a bird-like “Aviant” refugee race. He’s known for his skill with explosives. Benedict fights with double jumps, rocket jumps, and flying.
