Het survival genre mag dit jaar een nieuwe speler op het toneel verwachten: ontwikkelaar Far From Home kondigde namelijk hun nieuwste game ‘Forever Skies’ aan en die lijkt veelbelovend. Far From Home is een nieuwe Poolse studio, die bestaat uit werknemers die eerder meewerkten aan onder andere Dying Light, The Medium en Outriders, dus talent is er zeker en vast aanwezig.
Forever Skies speelt zich af in een postapocalyptische wereld die bedekt is met stof. In deze gure omstandigheden moet jij zien te overleven en dat is uiteraard niet vanzelfsprekend. Je hebt controle over een ‘airship’ waarmee je alle hoekjes van deze desolate wereld kan verkennen, maar dit is nooit zonder gevaar…
Forever Skies verschijnt normaal gezien in de loop van 2022 en dit eerst via early access op Steam. Een PS5- en Xbox Series versie volgt later. Lees hieronder meer en bekijk de eerste trailer.

We’re Far From Home, an experienced game dev team based in Wroclaw, Poland. We are a group of friends and colleagues that worked together on quite a few projects before. We gained experience working with titles such as Dying Light series, Divinity Original Sin series, The Medium, Outriders, League of Legends, and many others.
