Tropico 7 aangekondigd voor PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S en pc

Ontwikkelaar Gaming Minds Studios en uitgever Kalypso Media hebben Tropico 7 aangekondigd tijdens de gamescom. De game zal in 2026 uitkomen voor de PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S en pc.

In Tropico 7 krijgen spelers wederom de controle over El Presidente. In de nieuwe toevoeging aan de franchise kunnen spelers kiezen uit vijf nieuwe campagne-maps, twintig sandbox-maps, tien extra scenario’s en een mapgenerator om spelers de vrije hand te geven. Daarnaast wordt El Presidente onderdeel van een raad van fractieleiders uit de eerdere Tropico-games, waarmee hij kan onderhandelen of – zoals we hem beter kennen – die hij kan manipuleren.
