In Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 zat een grappige cameo van Jack Black, die de rol speelde van Officer Dick. Dit is kennelijk zo goed bevallen dat dit personage ook aanwezig zal zijn in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4.
Game Director Kurt Killmanns heeft tegenover Variety laten weten dat zij Officer Dick zo’n leuk personage vonden in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, dat ze hem weer terug wilde brengen voor diens vervolg. Bovendien zal ook zijn fictieve Engelse tweelingbroer te zien zijn, genaamd Constable Richard.
“So we really loved Jack Black’s inclusion in the previous iteration [‘Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2′]. He played a character called Officer Dick, and in the school maps, he was this school security guard who would yell at the skater and try and run them off the grounds. We just thought that was a really fun, interesting character and kept in this tradition of the celebrity cameo in a ‘Tony Hawk’ game. We wanted to carry that forward; we were really thankful he we reached out to him and he was down to to come back, but we wanted to tell a little bit more of the Officer Dick story.”

Nou een geweldige reden om deze game over te slaan (voor mij dan hoor). Ik gun anderen heel veel plezier met de game.
