Met het vertrek van Jim Ryan vorig jaar werden er twee man als co-CEO’s aangesteld bij Sony Interactive Entertainment: Hideaki Nishino en Hermen Hulst. Nu pakweg een jaar later heeft het bedrijf aangekondigd opnieuw veranderingen door te voeren.
Hideaki Nishino zal namelijk de nieuwe president en CEO van Sony Interactive Entertainment zijn vanaf 1 april 2025. Hermen Hulst blijft CEO van de Studio Business Group, maar zal nu onder Nishino vallen daar waar hij eerder op gelijke hoogte stond.

En dan een Horizon mmo live shit er door pushen terwijl iedereen weet dat dat al een epic fail zal worden.

Hij heeft écht gelijk! Onder Kaz was het een voortvarend bedrijf. Hermen heeft nog weinig bewezen. En zo ook een aantal anderen. Kaz is geweldig!
@Anoniem-4137: bedenk wel dat wat de laatste twee jaar uitgekomen is, daarvoor al 3/4 jaar in ontwikkeling is geweest. Zeg niet dat herman perfect is, maar de resultaten die we nu zien zijn gevolgen van keuzes van jaren terug.

@Kuroda: Hij is in 2019 aangesteld als head of studio’s. Hij is wel degelijk verantwoordelijk voor de pad die Sony opgegaan is. Plus het feit dat ze nog steeds op live service gaan inzetten. Denk wel dat de paar flops die er geweest zijn ze wel tot inkeer gekomen zijn dat 12 titels die hij wou overdreven is. Het feit dat hij nu iemand boven zich krijgt is voor mij een reden om te denken dat ze hem wel lichtelijk verantwoordelijk houden voor wat er gebeurd is.

Niet normaal dat Herman Hulst er niet uitgeflikkert wordt. Die sloopt in een paar jaar heel playstation waar wij als consumenten zoveel miljarden aan uitgegeven hebben.
