hey iedereen , kan iemand mij helpen ? Heb een turtlebeach 400 gekocht en alles werkt prima , behalve chatten werkt niet ! Ik hoor iedereen uitstekend , maar niemand hoort mij … Moet ik iets aan mijn instellingen doen ? maar die staan gelijk ze zeggen in de handleiding !

Mischien heb je perongeluk de mute knop ingedrukt.
Probeer het eens met iets anders (bijv: een pc)

A: The PS4 Chat cable may not be fully plugged into the PS4 controller. Remove the cable and plug it back in, making sure you hear a firm ‘click’ indicating that it’s plugged in all the way. The metal plug may still be a bit visible when plugged into the controller, so the loud ‘click’ when plugging in the cable is the best indicator of a secure connection. If you still cannot chat, try using the PS4 mono earbud for chat. If that does not work, your PS4 Chat cable may be defective.
Wat ik trouwens heb met mijn tritton is dat mijn “Talk-Back” kabel 2 verschillende aansluitingen heeft , 2 polig voor in mijn headset controller en 3 polig voor ik de Dualshock 4.
